Tap a square to drop the next ship there, switch between across and down, or press Scatter to have them placed for you. Press Ready when the whole fleet is out.
Tap a square on the enemy grid. A dark mark is a hit, a pale one a miss. When a ship is hit, its neighbours are suddenly worth a lot more.
Sink every enemy ship before yours go down. Spreading your fleet out costs the hunter more shots than lining it up neatly.
